sodium sunflowerseedate

what is it?

Sodium sunflowerseedate is organic and naturally extracted from the oils of sunflower seeds.

what does it do?

Sodium sunflowerseedate comes from the plant Helianthus annuus (sunflower). BRAHSTON adds sodium sunflowerseedate to our products because sunflower seeds contains over 60% linoleic acid, making their compounds exceptional at strengthening, replenishing and soothing the skin. Linoleic acid is particularly beneficial for hydrating and protecting skin exposed to environmental stressors and toxins as it helps skin synthesize its own lipids which in turn help repair skin’s natural barriers.
