BRAHSTON accepts the following forms of payment.

Except for special promotional events or otherwise noted, BRAHSTON has a $30.00 minimum for all orders placed directly through this online store.

rates

BRAHSTON products ship to all United States locations at no additional charge.

speed

BRAHSTON provides 2-5 day expedited shipping on all orders placed directly through our site’s store (https://brahston.com/).

tracking

Tracking information on BRAHSTON orders is available only after your order ships from one of our partner’s warehouses. After an order ships, customers are able to view real-time tracking information on Swiship. 

If you received an order’s shipment confirmation email, but you still do not see tracking information on Swiship, please note the following:

• It can take a while for partner carriers to update their tracking information. Allow at least one day after shipping for tracking information to appear.

• The majority of BRAHSTON orders placed on our site are processed by UPS. However, at times an alternative carrier may be required.

• Please note that some non-UPS carriers only provide delivery confirmations on Swiship. If this is the case for your order, unfortunately, you will not be able to view additional detailed tracking information.

BRAHSTON’s return policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• in the same condition that you received it

• in the original packaging
