what is it?
Hydrolyzed rice protein or oryza sativa (rice) bran extract is extracted from the bran (outer layer) of the rice kernel, and is a natural byproduct of milling rice for conventional uses.
Hydrolyzed rice protein is comprised of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, mineral ash, and water. The content includes palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linoleic acids, as well as antioxidants such as tocopherols.
what does it do?
Hydrolyzed rice protein is a chelating and skin-conditioning agent in BRAHSTON products. Rice bran has over 100 antioxidant compounds, including vitamin E, ferulic acid, and oryzanol.
This ingredient also provides moisturizing polysaccharides, omega-3 fatty acids, and micronutrients such as calcium, selenium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc.
